Local Instrument 32-501 Deposit Agents

Local Instrument 32-501 came into force on January 1, 2006.  However, further time was required to review the insurance requirements in the instrument.  General Exemption Order 32-801 Suspension of Local Instrument 32-501 Deposit Agents suspends the operation of LI 32-501 indefinitely.  Saskatchewan Staff Notice 32-802 gives more details.

In the meantime the Deposit Agent Rules are still in force.
