Commission regulations adopting National Instrument 55-101 and amended National Instruments 81-101 and 81-102 effective June 6, 2001

The Saskatchewan Securities Commission's (Adoption of National Instruments) Amendment Regulations, 2001 ( No. 2) became effective on June 6, 2001.  The Commission regulations adopt the following national instruments:

• Amended National Instrument 81-101 Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure;
• Amended National Instrument 81-102 Mutual Funds; and
• National Instrument 55-101 Exemption from Insider Trading.
