GRO 45-907 Trades to Employees, Executives and Consultants
On August 14, 2002 the Director of the Saskatchewan Securities Commission made General Ruling/Order 45-907 Trades to Employees, Executives and Consultants ("GRO 45-907")
GRO 45-907 grants exemptions from the registration and prospectus requirements for trades by an issuer in securities of its own issue to its employees, executives and consultants. It expands on the exemption in clauses 39(1)(i) and 81(1)(o) of The Securities
Act, 1988.
GRP 45-907 is substantially the same as BC Instrument 45-507 Trades to Employees, Executives and Consultants and OSC Rule 45-503 Trades to Employees, Executives and Consultants.
