GRO 32-901 Direct Purchase Plans

On August 21, 2002, the Director of the Saskatchewan Securities Commission made General Ruling/Order 32-901 Direct Purchase Plans ("GRO 32-901"). GRO 55-802 grants an exemption permitting a reporting issuer (other than a mutual fund) and an administrator of the reporting issuer to trade in the issuer’s securities under a direct purchase plan, subject to certain conditions.

GRO 32-901 is substantially similar to Ontario Securities Commission Rule 32-501 Direct Purchase Plans.
