GRO 91-906 Strip Bonds
On June , 2002 the Director of the Saskatchewan Securities Commission made General Ruling/Order 91-906 Strip Bonds ("GRO 91-906"). GRO 91-906 restates and combines the provisions of Local Policy Statement 1.2 Strip Bonds
("LP 1.2") and General Ruling/Order 91-801 Zero Coupon Strip Bonds ("GRO 91-801") both dated February 27, 1985 with no difference in the substantive provisions of these instruments.
GRO 91-906 repeals GRO 91-801. On June , 2002 the Commission also repealed LP 1.2
GRO 91-906 grants an exemption from the registration and prospectus requirements for trades in strip bonds provided that first-time purchasers be provided with a disclosure document.
