GRO 55-802 Order Under Section 6.1 of National Instrument 55-102 SEDI
On February 7, 2002 the Director of the Saskatchewan Securities Commission made General Ruling/Order 55-802 Order Under Section 6.1 of National Instrument 55-102 SEDI ("GRO 55-802")
GRO 55-802 grants exemptions to issuers and insiders from the requirements of National Instrument 55-102 SEDI for the period that SEDI is not operating.
