Commission Discontinuing the Monthly Bulletin
The Securities Commission Regulation Procedures) Amendment Regulations, 2002 became effective on April 1, 2002. Under the amendments, the Commission is no longer required to publish proposed Commission regulations in its Monthly Bulletin. It can publish them on
the Commission Web site instead.
Because most of the information in the Monthly Bulletin is also published on its Web site, the Commission is discontinuing the Bulletin after the March 2002 edition.
