Local Policy 35-601 Registration of Non-Resident Individuals rescinded and replaced with Staff Notice 35-701

On October 10, 2002 the Commission rescinded Local Policy 35-601 Registration of Non-Resident Individuals.  The local policy was replaced on October 11, 2002 with Saskatchewan Staff Notice 35-701 Registration of Non-Resident Individuals.

The new staff notice contains the same provisions as the local policy, except that the staff notice

• applies only to individuals who are not eligible to use the Registration Streamlining System set out in CSA Staff Notice 31-305, and

• does not include the former requirement for a written undertaking from a manager in the jurisdiction in which the individual applicant resides to be responsible for supervising the individual's activities in Saskatchewan.
