General Ruling/Order 11-907 Designation Order Pursuant to Section 11.1
On June 1, 2006 the Director of the Commission’s Securities Division issued General Ruling/Order 11-907 Designation Order Pursuant to Section 11.1 (“GRO 11-907”).  In GRO 11-907 the Director ordered pursuant to section 11.1 that Type B corporations under The Labour-sponsored Venture Capital Corporations Act are designated not to be mutual funds or non-redeemable investment funds.
