Come into Force
The Securities
Amendment Regulations, 2005
come into force on December 1, 2005. The regulations make the
following amendments to the
Fee Schedule:
·
update the schedule to reflect adoption of the following national
instruments:
o
National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration
Exemptions;
o
National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations;
o
National Instrument 71-101 Multijurisdictional Disclosure System;
o
National Instrument 71-102 Continuous Disclosure and Other
Exemptions Relating to Foreign Issuers; and
o
National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure.
·
include employees of registered advisers as individuals who must pay
fees for registration and transfer;
·
delete the $30 fee for filing of documents for which a fee is not
otherwise provided;
·
repeal the fee for subscription to the Commission’s Monthly
Bulletin. The Bulletin is no longer published.
