The Saskatchewan Financial Services
Commission has approved amendments to
Local Policy 12-602 Procedure on Hearings and Reviews Before
the Commission (LP 12-602").
LP 12-602 has been amended effective
April 14, 2008 by adding
new Part 3B Applications for Reciprocal Orders Under Subsection
134(5) of the Act.
