45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions.
Staff Notice 45-704 sets out the
results of staffs' review of offering memoranda filed pursuant to
the exemption in section 2.9 of National Instrument 45-106
Prospectus and Registration Exemptions. It is updated to
describe new things that staff have observed during their review
of such offering memoranda.
