National Instrument 45-101 Rights Offerings adopted effective
July 25, 2001
The Minister of Justice has approved The Securities Commission (Adoption
of National Instruments) Amendment Regulations, 2001 (No. 3). The
regulations adopt National Instrument
45-101 Rights Offerings and become effective on July 25, 2001. The
Companion Policy to National Instrument
45-101 becomes effective on the same day.
