On December 22, 2006
proposed National Instrument 41-101 General Prospectus Requirements
and related consequential amendments were published for comment in
Saskatchewan pursuant to requirements in The Securities Commission
(Regulation Procedures) Regulations (Saskatchewan). Notice of related
consequential amendments to local Saskatchewan instruments should have
been also published at this time as
Appendix L – Related Amendments to Saskatchewan securities laws.
This is notice of the proposed
repeal of Saskatchewan Local
Instrument 46-501 Disclosure of Cash Calls and the repeal of
Saskatchewan Local Instrument 47-501 Marketing Communications.
