Financial Institutions Division |
administers the legislation
governing the activities in Saskatchewan of credit unions,
insurance companies, trust,
loan and financing corporations, loan brokers, mortgage
brokers, the Insurance
Councils of Saskatchewan, and the
Saskatchewan Real
Estate Commission;
investigates consumer
complaints against credit unions, insurance companies, trust, loan
and financing corporations, loan brokers, mortgage brokers,
the Insurance Councils of
Saskatchewan, and the Saskatchewan Real Estate
Commission; and
is responsible for the licensing requirements for insurance companies, trust, loan
and financing corporations, loan brokers, and mortgage brokers.
